About Matthew Miklaucic
Matthew articled with the firm and is now an associate lawyer in the firm’s litigation department.
Matthew enjoys a broad litigation practice with emphasis on estate, contractual, employment and commercial disputes. His approach is compassionate, even-handed and practical when he advises clients about their legal rights and obligations. In practice, he has appeared before the Social Benefits Tribunal, the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Ontario Small Claims Court, and the Superior Court of Justice.
Matthew went to law school at Western University and was an active member in the mustang community. He was a member of the Community Legal Services: Dispute Resolution Clinic and the Elgin-Oxford Legal Clinic where he focused on providing legal services to lower income populations.
Outside the office, Matthew is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing hockey, softball, football and volleyball. He is also a foodie who enjoys exploring new cuisines and cultures.
